The brand has a strong presence in showrooms throughout the United States, and the world.
Opportunity
High-end B2B eCommerce experience

Despite their solid brand reputation, the RM COCO team was struggling to provide a high-end customer experience. Their existing eCommerce store used old, unscalable technology that could not support customers well. Consequently, they were losing a lot of revenue.

Solution
Our team tackled this challenge by creating a brand new, customized, and scalable eCommerce store for RM COCO Decor. With the help of research and a solid collaboration with the brand’s team, we initiated a 12-month game plan to deliver a brand-new enterprise-grade eCommerce store.
